Village Hall/Community Centre Survey

Congresbury Village Hall Ltd has asked the Parish Council to look at the possibility of raising funds through a Public Works Loan. As part of this the Parish Council has asked that a survey is undertaken to assess the level of support from residents. This survey should have been delivered to all households. If you have not received one you are able to get one from the Post Office or the Parish Office. The survey ends on April 26th.

At this stage it is only a survey and the Parish Council will make a decision on the next step following receipt of the results. This is expected to be debated at the Full Council meeting on June 10th 2019.

Further information is available at http://www.congresburyvillagehall.co.uk/. This includes a link where you can complete the survey on-line. If you have specific questions please contact a member of the Village Hall Development Committee, either Ian Sheppard on 835291 or Lester Biffin on 876082 or email the parish office at clerk@congresbury-pc.gov.uk

'It is resolved that the Congresbury Neighbourhood Development Plan meets the criteria necessary under Schedule 4B of the 1990 Town and Country Planning Act (as amended) and can proceed to examination.   That North Somerset Council’s comments on the submitted Congresbury Neighbourhood Plan as set out in Appendix 1 are submitted to the Neighbourhood Plan examiner, along with comments received through the Regulation 16 consultation (a schedule of which are set out in Appendix 2).'
