NORTH SOMERSET COUNCIL

STONEWELL LANE, CONGRESBURY, NORTH SOMERSET

(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF USE BY VEHICLES AND CYCLISTS) 2026 

Notice is hereby given that the North Somerset Council under section 14(1), (a) and in pursuance of the provisions of section 14(3) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended will, by virtue of this Notice for a period of up to 5 days commencing on the 05 June 2026, temporarily to vehicles and cyclists, the length of roads specified in the schedule to this notice. The closure may not be implemented for the whole of the period but only as necessitated by the works which are anticipated to be of 1 working day in duration between the hours of 09:30-15:30.

 The above restriction is necessary to complete carriageway patching.

 Stonewell Lane, Congresbury – from the junction with Silverstone Way to junction with Brinsea Road

 Alternative routes

 Brinsea Road, Yew Tree Park, Silverstone Way and Vice Versa
