The Inquiry will commence at 10 o’clock on Tuesday 3 September 2024 and will be held as an in-person event at: Town Hall, New Council Chamber (Old Town Hall Entrance), Walliscote Road, Weston super-Mare, BS23 1UJ. The Inquiry is scheduled for 6 days. The Inspector appointed who will decide this appeal is Stephen Wilkinson. The appeal will be decided by the Inspector under powers transferred by the Secretary of State.
