The Finance Committee considers expenditure and income priorities and makes recommendations to the Full Parish Council. This includes fees and charges, insurance, grants and the annual precept figure. The Finance Committee only meets at key times, usually to formulate the budget proposals, to recommend the precept, to review in-year budget performance and to finalise the year-end accounts.
