Congresbury Community Library opened on 1 July 2017. The library is funded by Congresbury Parish Council to provide a library service on behalf of the residents of the village and the wider community. The library is managed and manned by volunteers. The management group meet monthly to decide library issues. The trained volunteers run the library from day to day.
