Congresbury Parish Council maintain a parish burial ground adjacent to St Andrew's churchyard. It provides plots for traditional in ground burials and cremated remains although in common with many other parishes space is now limited for the former, therefore plots cannot be reserved in advance.
Exclusive Rights of Burial are granted for a term of 90 years.
